Tsering Dolkar Hartkamp (name as a nun: Thupten Dolkar) Chairman Dolkar is since january 2002 Tibetan Buddhist nun. She is member of the Maitreya Institute and also involved in the Buddhistic Centre Jewel Heart and the Kopan nunnery. She formerly worked as a psychologist and a Health Education worker. After a tour through India, Nepal and Tibet she founded the Tara Foundation in 2001. Dolkar maintains contacts with the projects, sponsors and interested parties. Furthermore, she is involved in the recruitment of sponsors and funds. Almost every year she is visiting the projects (of course at her own costs). |

Nico Sloeserwij secretary and treasurer Nico is a retired insurance expert. He was also involved in setting up the Tara Foundation. Nico takes care of the financial administration of the foundation. He is also responsible for the annual letters to all sponsors and sponsored monks, nuns and other sponsored goals. |

Matthijs Nijhof Matthijs is a sales manager in the security. He helps the Tara Foundation with general activities.Matthijs is also involved with the Maitreya Institute. |

Sari Koppens Sari works as an art-therapist and mindfulness trainer in a psychiatry daycare. She is a member of the Buddhist center Jewel Heart in Nijmegen. Sari has made the first website for the Tara Foundation and was webmaster for many years. Nowadays she gives advice and general help. |

Anny Meynckens Anny is a retired nurse. She is member of the Maitreya Institute. She helps with general help and advice. |

Cleo Melis Cleo has worked for 29 years for the organisation for refugees COA. She is a member of the Jewel Heart buddhist center in Nijmegen and she helps the Tara foundation with looking at the activities and coming activities and gives financial advices. |
Annemiek Stienstra
Annemiek works as a nurse. She is student en volunteer at the Maitreya institute. Annemiek helps making the action-emails en whatever is necessary.
Other volunteers
Jeroen is graphical designer and translator Tibetan and Nepalese text.He designed as a volunteer our website and action-emailsand gives advices on this subject.
